Ashtanga half led primary series

Ashtanga Half Primary is more challenging styled practice with the set sequence of Ashtanga at a guided pace. It includes a practice of the half primary - standing, seated and closing postures that improves strength, flexibility and calming the breath while attaining balance in the mind and body. All levels welcome!
