Moonlight
Add this to your nighttime routine! Think candlelight, gooey slow movement, deep breaths and space to ease into your night! This class is similar to our spa class offering but we keep in mind the phases of the moon honoring the energy that we may be showing up with (or without) during each phase.
This practice is for you if you are wanting to stretch and shake out any stagnant energy you do not want to go to bed with!
