prenatal Flow

Our Prenatal Flow class is a great place for anyone looking to begin or maintain a yoga practice throughout and after pregnancy. You will use breath and movement to stay connected to your body throughout your pregnancy journey. You will be guided safely through a sweet balance of stretching and strengthening, with a focus on pelvic floor and core stabilizers.

This class is for you if you are in a perinatal, prenatal or postpartum body, or are looking for a gentle and grounded yoga practice.
