My yoga journey began in high school, when I was searching for a way to move my body that felt aligned with who I was. I was never drawn to traditional sports, but I knew I wanted to stay active. I stumbled into a hot yoga studio near my parents’ home, unaware of the transformation that awaited me. What I discovered was more than a physical practice—it became a community that nourished me both spiritually and physically. Through the practice, I began to feel at home in my body and mind, falling in love with the connection yoga offered on every level.
Over time, yoga became my guide—a practice that grounded me, opened my heart, and deepened my connection to myself and others. Teaching felt like the natural next step, a way to pass along the insights and peace I found through the practice.
Whether I’m leading a class or practicing on my own, I aim to create a space where students feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore their whole selves—body, mind, and spirit. My approach emphasizes self-awareness, alignment, and language that is both inclusive and mindful, honoring each student’s unique path.
