The root chakra, located at the base of the spine, is tied to our need to feel grounded and experience a sense of safety and calm. During such turbulent and changing times, it's more important than ever to find ways to balance and tend to the energy of this chakra. Over the course of just one hour, Kelly will guide you through a practice of yoga, guided meditation and journaling focused on cultivating a positive root chakra energy. Participants are encouraged to have a journal handy, as well as a bolster (or stack of blankets). After the class, Kelly will share additional resources for the root chakra with participants via email.
